What it says is collected
Account lines it names are a mobile number, a username, and a device identifier. It says identity papers are asked only when a withdrawal starts: an image of a PAN card, a UPI ID, and a selfie or liveness check. Gameplay lines it names are rounds, stakes, wins, losses, and the time of day. It says those are used to look for collusion and to set table difficulty. Why, and who else sees it

How long, and what you can ask
It keeps account and identity data while the account is active, plus 5 years, and it calls that window an Indian financial rule. Gameplay logs stay 24 months where they are easy to reach, then archived for 5 years. You can ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion of the account. Security and age
It names TLS 1.3 while data is moving, AES-256 while data is stored, a one-time code plus device binding for login, and quarterly outside security audits. It says a critical incident is disclosed within 72 hours of detection. It says sign-up is blocked when the identity check shows a minor. A parent who believes a child registered can use the same grievance mailbox and ask for the account to be removed.
It says the page changes when the law or the product changes. A material change is pushed as a notice inside the app. The date on the page is the latest revision. The terms page is the separate note for accounts, deposits, and disputes.
